Hastings Represents JPMorgan, Others in Murphy Oil Facility

Paul Hastings announced that it represented J.P. Morgan Securities, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, DNB Markets, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities as co-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a commitment increase and maturity date extension for the $2 billion revolving credit facility for Murphy Oil Corporation, Canam Offshore Limited and Murphy Oil Company Ltd. The firm also represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as the administrative agent in the transaction.

Finance partner Paris Theofanidis led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associate Shekhar Kumar.
