  • Top 15 law firm for U.S. High Yield Issuer and Manager Advisers by deal count
  • Top 15 law firm for Global Eqty/Eql/Rights Manager Advisers by deal count
  • Top 20 law firm for in US Equity Linked Issuer Advisors by volume

    • Paul Hastings advised on several significant capital markets transactions globally in 2013 including the $1.1 billion IPO of Mexican dairy company Grupo Lala, which was the largest IPO from Latin America in 2013; the $1.75 billion follow-on equity offering by Fibra Uno, the largest equity offering from Latin America; the US IPO of a German-based 3D printing company, voxeljet and the Philippine IPO of Travellers International Hotel Group.
