Hastings Advises in CD&R’s John Deere Landscapes Acquisition

Paul Hastings announced the firm represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch as administrative agent in connection with a $250 million asset-based revolving credit facility, ING Capital as administrative agent in connection with a $61.7 million term loan; and UBS Securities, ING Capital, HSBC Securities, Natixis-New York Branch and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking as joint lead arrangers in connection with such credit facilities, the proceeds of which at closing were used to partially finance the acquisition of John Deere Landscapes, a unit of Deere & Company’s Agriculture & Turf segment, by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

Leveraged Finance partners Richard Farley and Mario Ippolito led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Joseph Fastiggi, Edward Holmes, Julie Park, Mitchell Zuckerman and Kareem Roe.
