Hastings Advises GE Capital HFS in Paradigm Management Facility

Paul Hastings represented GE Capital’s Healthcare Financial Services as administrative agent on $165 million senior credit facilities for Paradigm Management Services. Paradigm is a specialty provider of healthcare management services for patients with complex medical needs. The proceeds of the credit facilities were used to refinance an existing term loan, pay a dividend to shareholders and for general corporate purposes.

GE Capital Markets served as joint lead arranger and joint bookrunner on the transactions.

Leveraged Finance partner Mario Ippolito led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Ed Holmes and Felicia Yen.
