Huron Consulting Group announced John D. Harms joined the company as a managing director within its business advisory practice.

Harms joins from IBM Global Business Services where he was a strategy and transformation partner. He previously held senior management consulting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.

At Huron, Harms will help clients optimize their operational and financial results across industries, including manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, technology, electronics, retail, and consumer products and services.
