Greenberg Traurig Adds Tartakovskiy to M&A Practice


Dmitriy A. Tartakovskiy joined law firm Greenberg Traurig’s New York office as a shareholder in its Global Corporate M&A Practice. Before joining the firm, Tartakovskiy was counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton.

Tartakovskiy focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. He represents public and private corporate clients, private equity firms and investment banks in complex domestic and cross-border transactions in a wide range of industries. His practice includes public and private mergers, stock and asset purchases, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, minority investments, equity financings, and restructurings. He also advises clients on corporate governance, securities and general corporate law matters.
