Global advisory, restructuring and investment firm Gordon Brothers has been instructed by the joint administrators, Geoff Rowley and Philip Armstrong of FRP Advisory, and the directors of Manor GP, to offer for sale the assets belonging to Manor GP and Just Racing Services, the operating company of the Manor Racing Formula 1 Team.

The team, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, England, raced in the last two seasons of the F1 World Championship. The available assets for sale provide an opportunity for those involved in motorsport, whether professionals or amateurs, to purchase items for use, and presents a chance for enthusiasts to buy F1 memorabilia.

The assets will be offered for sale by a timed online auction over a four-day period in May 2017, and is expected to comprise of over 4000 lots. Neal Weekes, director at Gordon Brothers, commented, “This sale will appeal to anyone with an interest in motorsport. Subject to availability, we will have Formula 1 rolling chassis, a large quantity of pit lane equipment, two wind tunnel models and a plethora of car body parts and components including tubs, front and rear wings, engine covers and side pods, together with steering wheels and wheel rims. In addition, there is a significant selection of race and team branded clothing. The largest items in the sale are two ‘pop-up’ road trailers the team used as their operations center at every Grand Prix.”

In addition to to motorsport assets, there is a quantity of engineering and inspection equipment, test rigs and office furniture and equipment including a range of servers, computers and associated peripherals for sale.
