GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services, said it is serving as administrative agent and sole lender on a $10 million senior secured multi-draw term loan for Skylight Healthcare Systems. The company intends to use the financing primarily for capital expenditures associated with new hospital contracts and other corporate purposes.
