GE Antares Capital said Richard Kinlough has joined the company as managing director in Toronto, ON. Kinlough brings more than 20 years of financing experience to a team delivering comprehensive lending solutions to middle-market, private equity-backed companies in Canada.

Kinlough joins GE Antares after founding and leading CIT’s Canadian sponsor coverage team. Previously, he was co-president of CCFL Mezzanine Partners, where he invested $370MM of subordinated debt in 25 Canadian middle market companies. Prior to CCFL, he held leadership roles with American Express Bank, Macquarie Bank, NZI Securities Australia and Manufacturers Hanover.
