Business advisory firm FTI Consulting promoted 10 professionals to senior managing director within the firm’s Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

The promotions included Stephen Bertonaschi, Iain Graham, Bill He, Laura Jackson, Sid Malhotra, Mark Murphy, Daniel Punt, Tim Schleeter, Kerry Sporkin and Adam Tillery.

Bertonaschi, based in Roseland, has over 16 years of experience advising clients in key areas, including entity formation and structuring, real estate asset acquisitions and dispositions, real estate investment trust (REIT) due diligence and compliance matters.

Graham, based in London, has over 16 years of experience providing restructuring and insolvency advice across complex multi-creditor restructuring situations and performing strategic business reviews.

He, based in Shanghai, has over 25 years of experience in global operations strategy, business development, product design, sourcing and international and multi-culture business. He will lead the firm’s Business Transformation practice in China.

Jackson, based in Roseland, has over 17 years of experience in the REIT and partnership areas of real estate taxation, providing expertise in due diligence, structuring, REIT compliance, tax compliance, §754 adjustments, partnership taxation and qualified opportunity funds.

Malhotra, based in Houston, has over 20 years of experience in providing strategy, merger integrations and carve-outs, business model development and operating model transformation services to global companies. His industry expertise is in energy, power and products and chemicals.

Murphy, based in Boston, has over 10 years of experience advising strategic and financial buyers with buy-side and sell-side due diligence, transition planning, carve-outs and carve-ins, business plan reviews, financial modeling, restructuring and turnaround activities, with industry expertise in healthcare and telecom, media and technology.

Punt, based in Los Angeles, has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and business plan development, performance improvement, merger and acquisition advisory, commercial and operational due diligence, litigation support, private capital financing and project management.

Schleeter, based in Chicago, has over 18 years of experience working with global retailers and consumer products companies, acting as a strategic advisor and consultant as well as serving in interim management positions. He focuses on working with clients’ C-suite and executive teams to set strategic direction and lead initiatives that improve performance, operational efficiencies and market share.

Sporkin, based in Washington, D.C., has over 15 years of experience working on strategic consulting engagements, with a specific focus on corporate finance.

Tillery, based in Atlanta, has over 15 years of experience in financial due diligence, forecasting, financial modeling, valuation services and interim management support, with a specialization in healthcare and technology.
