Materials & Resources Turnaround of the Year:
Sino-Forest reorganization under Chapter 15 of the U.S. bankruptcy code and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act of Canada

Chapter 11 Reorganization Deal of the Year (Middle Markets):
Ahern Rentals reorganization under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code

Restructuring of the Year (Small Middle Markets):
Journal Register Company sale to affiliate of Alden Global Capital under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code
