Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate (FSFR) announced its board of directors promoted several members of FSFR’s management team, including Ivelin M. Dimitrov to president of FSFR. He will continue to serve as chief investment officer and a member of the board of directors. Dimitrov has been affiliated with the FSFR investment adviser since 2005.

In addition, Bernard D. Berman was promoted to chairman of the board of directors, and has stepped down as president of FSFR. He remains in his current roles at Fifth Street Finance (FSC) as president and secretary, and a member of its board of directors. He has been affiliated with the FSFR investment adviser since 2004.

Alexander C. Frank was promoted to FSFR’s COO and Steven M. Noreika was promoted to FSFR’s CFO. Both remain in their roles at FSC.

Leonard M. Tannenbaum remains CEO of FSFR and has transitioned from chairman to vice chairman of the board of directors. Tannenbaum remains in his roles at FSC as chairman of the board of directors and CEO.
