Exchange Capital Corporation announced that Kevin Griffin has joined the company as executive vice president. Griffin will be responsible for leading the company’s efforts to develop new business relationships and provide working capital solutions to clients.

Griffin joins Exchange Capital after nearly ten years with Pfizer, Inc., where he served as professional healthcare representative. Prior to that, he held administrative, teaching and coaching positions during his 13 years at Oak Grove High School in Central Arkansas
