Terafina, a provider of Omni channel sales solutions, announced the appointment of Colin Walsh and Dante Dewitt to its board of advisors. Together the two will provide business strategy, technology, operations and deep financial industry expertise to Terafina as the company continues its rapid expansion.

Walsh was previously an EVP of the European card issuing business and Managing Director of American Express UK. Prior to his work at American Express, Walsh led a significant transformation of the mortgages, savings and investments, cards, and payments businesses at Lloyds Banking Group. During his tenure at Lloyds, Walsh served as chairman of the UK Council of Mortgage Lenders, chairman of the Cardnet Merchant Acquiring JV, as well as the board of Visa Europe. Earlier in his career, Walsh held three senior executive level positions with Wells Fargo, American Express and GE Capital.

DeWitt was most recently the CIO and U.S. chief technology & operations officer at BMO Financial Corporation, where he was accountable for U.S. based technology, operations, corporate real estate, information security, process improvement, data governance and supplier, payables and sourcing governance functions within BMO Financial Group. Earlier in his career, DeWitt served as the chief technology officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Consumer Credit. He has held senior IT roles at several Wall Street institutions including JP Morgan, Zaplet, and Marqeta. DeWitt has also been a board member and/or advisor to FST, Support.com, Lewco Securities (BONY), Cambridge Information Systems, Signio (VeriSign), and Instera.
