Crestmark Bank promoted three employees: Josh Beauvais to VP, special assistant to Chief Credit Officer Mark Matheson; Heather Weir to assistant VP, learning and development specialist and Eric Ball to operations officer, senior client analyst and team leader for the Midwest region.

Crestmark President and COO Mick Goik said, “Crestmark is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and we owe our success to a talented group of employees. I am pleased to announce that three employees at our corporate headquarters – Josh Beauvais, Heather Weir and Eric Ball have been promoted, and are taking on new and greater responsibilities. We thank them for their service, and wish them well in their new positions.”

Beauvais will assist with the enforcement of Crestmark’s credit-quality standards, conducts loan analysis and portfolio reviews and manage processes related to regulatory compliance, among other duties.

Weir will identify employee training objectives and develop and implement programs to meet milestones for ongoing internal professional development. Weir is also the new administrator and director of Crestmark University, the company’s online employee-development program.

Ball will lead a team of client analysts and provides mentoring and training. He is also a member of the company’s client retention committee.
