Crestmark promoted five executives and added three new executives in its East Division, which represents the eastern half of the U.S. and includes offices in Florida, Michigan and New York.

Eva Chaleff was promoted to AVP, underwriter. She will report to SVP and underwriting manager for the Midwest region John Trendell. She joined Crestmark in 2015 as a field exam intern.

Lolita Edwards was promoted to account executive, officer. She joined Crestmark in 2001 with the company’s acquisition of the factoring company Westgate Financial, where she started as an office manager in 1994.

Jacob Holmes was promoted to VP, account executive. He will report to SVP and portfolio manager Jeff Silverstein. Holmes joined Crestmark in 2012 as a field examiner for the Southeast region. He, Chaleff and Edwards will all be based in Boynton Beach, FL.

Adam Colley was promoted to first vice president and East Division underwriting team leader and will report to Trendell. He joined Crestmark in 2006.

Jean Hellmann joined Crestmark as VP, senior account executive for the Midwest region and will report to Silverstein. Previously, Hellmann held various roles at Flagstar Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, NBD Bank and National Bank of Detroit.

Brian Kwiatkowski was promoted to joint venture analyst officer in the Joint Ventures Group. Kwiatkowski joined Crestmark in 2013 as an invoice analyst.

Damion Taylor rejoined Crestmark as VP, account executive for the Midwest region and will report to Silverstein. Taylor previously served in various roles at Sterling Commercial Credit, PNC Business Credit, Charter One Bank, Washington Mutual, Fifth Third Bank, GMAC Business Credit, and Bank One. He, Colley, Hellmann and Kwiatkowski will be based in Troy, MI.

Benji Sarjoo joined Crestmark as AVP, account executive for the Trade Services Division and will be based in New York. Previous roles included work at Best Match Corp, Milberg Factors, Webster Associates Development, HSBC Business Credit and Bank of New York.
