The commercial and business law firm of Buckley King announced that creditors’ rights attorney, Jeffrey Baddeley, has joined the firm as a partner in its Financial Services Practice in Cleveland.

Baddeley advises and represents lenders, bondholders, receivers, commercial landlords, unsecured creditors’ committees, debtors and asset purchasers in state and federal proceedings, receiverships and out-of-court restructurings.

Prior to Buckley King, Baddeley was a partner in the Cleveland office of Ulmer & Berne.

Jeff earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
