Cotton Creek Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm, announced that Lee Rash has joined the firm as a senior associate.

Prior to joining Cotton Creek Capital, Rash was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Group at Blackstone, an alternative asset management and private equity firm in New York with approximately $85 billion under management. While at Blackstone, Rash advised corporate and financial-sponsor clients with respect to over $6 billion in investments across a diverse group of companies (primarily in the industrial, chemical and consumer sectors). Before joining Blackstone, Rash worked as a manager in the Transaction Services Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he provided financial diligence, valuation and structuring advice to corporate and financial-sponsor clients across a broad range of industries.

Rash attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in economics and finance. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. Rash is a Certified Public Accountant.
