Clear Thinking Group, Threadstone Form Partnership
Clear Thinking Group is forming a strategic partnership with Threadstone Advisors in order to expand its portfolio of services to include M&A advisory and capital procurement. Working collaboratively with Threadstone will allow Clear Thinking Group to deepen its existing specialization for consumer product and retail companies, providing a broader reach in areas such as financial advisory, sell-side and buy-side execution and debt and equity capital raises.
The two firms possess highly complementary capabilities, allowing clients to benefit from Clear Thinking Group’s expertise in business performance enhancement, as well as Threadstone’s strengths in areas such as strategic advisory, capital markets and M&A.

Clear Thinking will co-locate some of its professionals at Threadstone’s New York City’s offices, while maintaining its current New Jersey headquarters.
