Citizens Hires D’Alessandro as SVP

Citizens Bank announced that Vincent (Alex) R. D’Alessandro has been hired as SVP and northeast team leader for the business capital division of Citizens Commercial Banking.

D’Alessandro joins Citizens from Wells Fargo’s Capital Finance division where he most recently worked as a senior vice president and loan portfolio manager.

A graduate of Fairfield University who earned his MBA at Bentley University, D’Alessandro is a member of the CFA and the TMA. He served as president and chairman of the New England CFA when it was awarded Chapter of the Year in 2009.

“Alex has great experience in the New England market and is very well-respected in the business community,” said Steve Woods, head of corporate banking for Citizens Commercial Banking. “We’re excited to have him join our team and I’m sure he’ll help us continue to expand our business in the market.”

“I’m very excited to join Citizens’ growing Business Capital team,” said D’Alessandro. “I look forward to being part of a great team that brings smart ideas to clients and works hard to help them achieve their strategic and financial goals.”
