Citizens Bank served as administrative agent on a $100 million revolving credit facility for Champion Home Builder and its new parent company Skyline Champion.

Citizens Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Royal Bank of Canada, Jefferies Finance and Wells Fargo acted as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners on the transaction.

Paul Hastings advised Citizens and the other bookrunners on the facility.

Skyline Champion was formed in June, 2018 via a merger between Champion Enterprises Holdings and Skyline and is now the largest independent factory-built housing company in the U.S.
