CMF Associates added three professionals to the firm. Jeffrey Fields and Michael Feczko have joined as directors, and Christopher Sihelnik has joined as a senior associate in the consulting division serving middle market private equity.

Fields will serve on consulting engagements in areas such as carve outs, post transaction integration, process and reporting enhancements and interim CFO services for private equity-backed companies. Fields has experience across a variety of industries with particular expertise in healthcare. Fields is based in Birmingham, AL.

Prior to joining CMF, Fields served as a vice president and corporate controller at Surgical Care Affiliates, a private equity-backed company, where he lead all aspects of the accounting, SEC Reporting, tax and treasury departments. He also lead the company through a successful IPO in 2013. Before joining SCA, Fields was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served manufacturing, distribution, service and healthcare companies such as Avocent and HealthSouth.

Feczko will serve on consulting engagements in areas such as financial analysis, technology development and integration and process improvement for private equity-backed companies. Feczko brings his process, technology and best practices experience to CMF’s middle market private equity-backed client base. Feczko is based in Pittsburgh.

Feczko started his career at Arthur Andersen and most recently served as a consulting manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ advisory team, providing IT strategy and operations services to clients across a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, real estate and technology.

Sihelnik brings additional data mining and analysis skills to CMF where his skills will be utilized in preparation for sale, forensic and reporting/visibility situations. Sihelnik is based in Philadelphia.

Prior to joining the CMF team, Sihelnik was an associate consultant at Chess Consulting, where he provided forensic litigation support as well as complex accounting analysis in support of legal and related areas of dispute resolution.
