Capital One Bank announced it added Rick Rodman and Claudia Ramirez Reed, two longtime local commercial bankers, to its middle market commercial banking team serving greater Dallas.

Rodman is a senior vice president and section leader, and Reed is a vice president and relationship manager. They will meet the financial needs of large corporate and middle market companies headquartered in Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding communities.

Rodman reports to Carol Nichols, head of Capital One’s commercial banking business in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, and Reed reports to commercial banking section manager Mary Jo Hoch.

“Over the past several years, we have built a strong team of commercial banking lenders and specialists locally, and the team will benefit from Rick’s deep understanding of middle market banking in Dallas and his proven leadership skills,” said Nichols. “With Claudia’s addition, we’re expanding our number of commercial relationship managers in greater Dallas. Rick and Claudia are highly regarded in local and regional banking circles, and we’re very pleased that these high-quality, experienced bankers are joining our team in Dallas at a time when Capital One is experiencing strong growth in our commercial banking business.”
