Cahill Gordon & Reindel elected Ann K. Creed and Christopher W. Clement to the partnership.

“We are pleased to elect two exceptional lawyers, Ann Creed and Chris Clement, as partners,” said William M. Hartnett, Cahill’s executive committee chairman. “We continue to strengthen our team to ensure that our clients receive the exceptional service to which they are accustomed. Cahill has just completed the highest revenue year in the firm’s history and we expect our newest partners to help us build on past successes.”

Creed became a partner in Cahill’s tax practice, where she advises clients on federal income tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, private equity and mezzanine investing.

Clement became a partner in Cahill’s capital markets and lending practice, where he represents leading investment banks, commercial banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions.

In addition to the partnerships, the firm also named Joshua D. Goldberg counsel to the corporate practice.
