Brookridge Funding has announced that David Seelenfreund has joined the company as vice president sales for purchase order funding. Seelenfreund will be responsible for expanding Brookridge’s relationship with factors, asset-based lenders and banks.

“With 11 years of experience in the purchase order and finance industry, David is an excellent addition to our firm,” said Michael Hilton, co-president of Brookridge.

Seelenfreund started his career in the infant bedding and outerwear industry with a specialty in overseas production and letters of credit. In addition, he has worked eight years in banking as a commercial loan officer and relationship manager. His combined garment industry and banking experience has enabled Seelenfreund to assist many small- and medium-sized companies to successfully finance their production, the company said in a press release.

“I am very pleased to be joining Brookridge,” said Seelenfreund, “to contribute to the continuing growth of a 17-year-old company that enjoys an excellent reputation in the purchase order financing industry.”
