Boathouse Capital Adds Raws as Director, Business Development

Boathouse Capital, a middle-market mezzanine debt and equity investment fund located in suburban Philadelphia, announced the addition of Colin Raws as the firm’s director of Business Development.

Raws joined Boathouse with four years of private equity investment and deal sourcing experience. Most recently, he served as associate director, Business Development for Milestone Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to lower middle-market buyouts. During his time at Milestone Partners, Raws focused on developing relationships with investment banks and business brokers, coordinating marketing efforts, sourcing and reviewing investment opportunities and portfolio management.

“Boathouse has quickly become a recognizable brand name in the lower middle market due to the firm’s proven ability to provide flexible junior capital for growth, dividend recapitalizations, management buyouts and leveraged buyouts,” Raws said. “I look forward to leveraging our combined relationships and Boathouse Capital’s solid investment experience and track record to expand the firm’s presence in the lower middle market.”
