BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance group announced it was joint lead arranger, joint bookrunner and is administrative agent for $110 million in senior credit facilities to Genova Diagnostics, a Levine Leichtman Capital Partners portfolio company.
Genova is a specialty diagnostic laboratory focused on the treatment of common but difficult to treat chronic illnesses. It serves over 10,000 physician customers across all 50 states and over 40 countries worldwide.
