Fintech lendor BlueVine named Ana Sirbu chief financial officer.

Sirbu became BlueVine’s vice president of finance and capital markets in 2016, helping the online business lender secure more than $200 million in equity and debt financing over the past two years. BlueVine’s total funded volume since founding topped $700 million in 2017.

“Ana has played a critical role in BlueVine’s growth and success,” said Eyal Lifshitz, company founder and CEO. “She has done an incredible job spearheading our capital markets strategy, building out our finance and analytics functions, and strengthening our position in the online business lending market.”

In November 2017, Sirbu was named to the Women in Fintech Powerlist, which recognizes the contributions of women professionals in the rapidly-expanding industry. She began her career in investment banking on Wall Street and was later a technology investor at Silver Lake Partners and Google Capital, before joining BlueVine.

BlueVine provides flexible working capital financing to small- and medium-sized businesses, giving them quick access to funds needed to purchase inventory, cover expenses or expand operations.
