Two former Miller Buckfire managing directors have joined Centerview Partners to join its restructuring practice, a Bloomberg article said. John Bosacco and Jeffrey Finger departed from Miller Buckfire in August, and joined Centerview, which recently launched a restructuring practice. They join former colleagues Marc Puntus and Sam Greene, who also moved on from Miller Buckfire to launch the new group.

Previously, Bosacco was in the financial restructuring group of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, which spun off Miller Buckfire in 2002. Finger also joined Miller Buckfire from Dresdner Kleinwort in 2002.

Centerview is advising Ally Financial’s Residential Capital.
