Berkshire Bank appointed Diane Williams vice president, asset-based loan officer for the Mid-Atlantic region. Williams will be responsible for managing all asset-based lending lines of credit, monitoring current accounts for the region and building new relationships to increase the asset-based lending portfolio.

“2017 was an incredibly successful year for Berkshire asset-based lending in the Mid Atlantic. With the addition of Diane to our team, we are excited about the growing possibilities for 2018. Her experience in the Mid-Atlantic region forming and maintaining business relationships and her extensive industry knowledge will add to the team’s success,” said Kenneth Kaestner, senior vice president, asset-based lending regional leader for the Mid- Atlantic.

Williams was previously vice president of asset based lending for Lakeland Bank in New Jersey. There she originated, structured, underwrote and managed ABL lines of credit, equipment lines of credit, term loan facilities, and owner occupied commercial mortgages ranging from $1.5 million to $25 million.
