U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Peter Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware granted a second extension for Nebraska Book Company to file its Chapter 11 reorganization plan, a Publishers Weekly article said.

The company has until April 23 to file its plan to emerge from bankruptcy protection.

One reason for the extension is that the company has been unable to secure exit financing.
