A&M Advises Aries Automotive Acquisition

CURT Manufacturing announced it has acquired Aries Automotive. Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group served as financial advisor, and Fredrikson & Byron served as legal counsel, to CURT.

Torrance, CA-based Aries designs, manufactures and distributes aftermarket truck accessories including grille guards, side bars, and steps.

CURT, headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, designs, manufactures, and distributes towing solutions and trailer and cargo management accessories for passenger vehicles and trucks. CURT sells its products through installer, distributor, e-commerce, retail, and auto dealer channels.
