TomTom signed a new facility agreement for a €250 million ($307 million) revolver.

The new syndicate of banks consists of ABN AMRO Bank NV, HSBC Bank, ING Bank NV and The Royal Bank of Scotland as bookrunning mandated lead arrangers and Barclays Bank, Bayerische Landesbank and Rabobank as mandated lead arrangers. ING Bank NV acted as coordinator and ABN AMRO Bank as agent in respect of this new facility.

The facility, which has a maturity date of 31 March 2018 and includes two additional one-year extension options, will replace the company’s existing term and revolving credit facilities.
