ABF Journal Announces Hiring of Jill Hoffman as New Editor

Rosemont, PA – Xander Media Group announced today that Jill Hoffman has joined the company as the new editor of the ABF Journal . In this position, Hoffman will be responsible for developing the editorial content and feature stories that will appear in future issues of the ABF Journal print, digital, online and mobile publications. She will report directly to Gerald F. Parrotto, president of Xander Media Group and publisher of the ABF Journal and Monitor brand trade publications.

Hoffman has extensive experience in the publishing industry having spent the last 20 years as a reporter, writer and editor. In her most recent past position, Hoffman served as managing editor for Executive Insight magazine, a Merion Matters trade publication focused on the healthcare industry and C-level hospital executives. Before joining Merion in 2006, Hoffman was with the The Roanoke Times, Foster’s Daily Democrat and ADV Magazine, and she was a freelancer for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Jill earned her B.A. in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh and M.S. in journalism from Boston University.
