Lazard hired Andrea Bozzi as a financial advisory managing director, effective March 2018.

“With almost three decades of M&A experience, Andrea has become a trusted advisor to many corporate leaders in France,” said Matthieu Pigasse, chairman and CEO of Lazard France and global head of M&A. “His substantial expertise and network of relationships will benefit Lazard’s clients globally.”

Based in Paris, Bozzi most recently served as co-head of French Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, he was global head of M&A at Cacib between 2007 and 2011 and previously worked for Lazard as a managing director between 1993 and 2001. Bozzi started his career at Wasserstein Perella in 1990.

Financial advisory and asset management firm Lazard operates out of 43 cities across 27 countries on five continents and provides advice on M&A, restructuring and capital structure, and capital raising and corporate finance.
