Stearns Financial Services (SFS) is the asset-based lending division of Stearns Bank N.A.  Stearns has affiliates in Minnesota and Arizona with total combined assets in excess of $1.5 billion. 

SFS is seeking an experienced sales manager with either a factoring or an asset-based lending background to assist in the recruiting, training and mentoring of Stearns’ team of business development professionals.  The successful candidate will fill the role of player coach, responsible for originating business and managing a team of business development officers. 

You must have 5+ years of experience in the factoring and/or asset-based lending industry.  To qualify, you must have a proven track record in managing a sales force as well as originating business, an established base of referral sources, a sound understanding of credit and deal structures, and the ability to work independently.  Consistent performance will be expected and will be rewarded.
