Annually, over One Billion Dollars of asset based loans are made utilizing our valuations. We are very proud of the fact that no lending institution has ever lost money on any original Thomas Appraisal that was subsequently liquidated. Our ASA and AMEA certified appraisals are also available with a risk free Thomas Guarantee. The majority of our asset based appraisals involve real estate as additional collateral. Our real estate services through our partnership with Westmount Management enables us to provide clients with evaluations, management, sales, and negotiations to acquire fee simple and lease hold interest.
