Encina $30mm Dip Facility to American Apparel Approved By Court

Encina Business Credit provided a $30 million debtor-in-possession facility to American Apparel (USA), a vertically-integrated manufacturer, distributor and retailer of branded fashion basic apparel products. The DIP financing, which has been approved by the U.S.

Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, will be used by American Apparel for working capital as the company operates under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
